1.PRICES AND TAXES

The products offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) which IS INCLUDED in the prices detailed for each product.

The delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of VAT if the delivery address is located in Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. 3.AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

4.PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PERIODS

The following forms of payment are accepted:

5.INVOICES

6.GUARANTEE

7.RETURNS

IMPORTANT: These conditions for returning our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal.

Without prejudice to what is established in clause 8 on the right of withdrawal, returns or exchanges of products will only be accepted if no more than 14 calendar days have passed since delivery and provided that it is proven that it is a defective product. or a material error in the acquisition. They will always be accompanied by the corresponding invoice or delivery note.

These returns will cover the following cases:

8.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

11.COMMUNICATIONS

All notifications between the parties will preferably be made via email.
