Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. In this way, the supplier accepts no liability whatsoever for the non-delivery of the product as a result of false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the delivery company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the addressee.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the supplier shall take the measures required of a diligent trader to ensure that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient, for which reason no liability whatsoever may be imputed against the supplier.
