Recommendations
Preparation method: Pour the mixture into a shallow dish. Moisten chicken with egg or milk. Shake off excess. Toss chicken with batter mixture until well coated. Let it sit for a few minutes for the coating to adhere. Pour oil into a large frying pan, and once it is hot, add the coated chicken, letting it fry equally on all sides, until ready. Remove and place on absorbent paper. (Used as a substitute for breadcrumbs)
