Preparation method: Pour the mixture into a shallow dish. Moisten chicken with egg or milk. Shake off excess. Toss chicken with batter mixture until well coated. Let it sit for a few minutes for the coating to adhere. Pour oil into a large frying pan, and once it is hot, add the coated chicken, letting it fry equally on all sides, until ready. Remove and place on absorbent paper. (It is used as a substitute for breadcrumbs).
